Veterans for LIFE Foundation Housing Initiative, Inc. a National 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt Non-Profit Organization (“VFLFHI”) has been helping Veterans and everyday Americans across this nation since 2010 and its board is composed of a well-seasoned development team and expert in the areas of housing acquisition, renovation, and resale. The President and Founder/Executive Dir. of VFLFHI, Richard Wyman, oversees the general operations of both his For Profit business First American Capital Real Estate Services, Inc. (“FACRES”) and VFLFHI has an extensive background in housing development and brings that experience to VFLFHI with seasoned partnerships to fulfill its mission. Mr. Wyman's vision is to focus on Veterans for the purposes of both revitalizing communities and supporting military veterans and their families' successful transition back into civilian life by providing affordable housing to veterans and their families through transitional housing, support services, counseling, education, mental health and paths to permanent, affordable. homeownership. His has started to become a reality.
He has continued to serve this nation in the affordable (i.e., low to moderate-income) housing communities. Mr. Wyman built First American Capital Real Estate Services, Inc. (“FACRES”) from the ground up and has been in business since 2000; FACRES is a Full A-Z acquisition and disposition company approved with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under the Neighborhood Stabilization Initiative. In the last three years, Mr. Wyman has purchased and worked on over 3000 homes in low to moderate-income areas with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Banks, Sellers, Servicers in the various stages of acquisition, rehabilitation, marketing, and disposition in low to moderate-income areas with Citivest and Auction.com aka Real Estate Disposition Corp. (REDC, Ten-X, and Auction.com).
Mr. Wyman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and a California Department of Real Estate license in which he built his own proprietary online disposition platform to help Veterans and Americans achieve permanent affordable home ownership.

Victoria is a highly productive professional with over 20 years experience in all phases of real estate sales, business development and customer/client relations, including prospect/qualifying, presentations, proposals, negotiating, and closing.
Victoria graduated Golden Key Honor Society Bachelor of Science in Aviation Aero Space Science and a minor in communications from Metropolitan State College Denver Colorado. Victoria worked early on at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) as an Aid in accidental investigation for our US Government.Victoria currently holds a California Department of Real Estate Licensed broker and a Licensed Class A General Engineering Contractor.
Victoria Owned and Operated her Woman Owned and (WBE) Bioremediation Company with a Class A General Engineering Contractor License and Certification in Hazardous Substances Removal. This company specialized in the area of contamination of soil, removal and restoration of soil/material in order to protect the environment. At the time of business, a patent pending by Victoria would help save our environment in this specialized area..

As a Member of the Board Janice is a 30-year veteran of state and local public affairs, legislative advocacy, politics and policy development with special expertise stemming from many years in Sacramento with the Governor's office, the Legislature and within State government departments. She is considered an expert in Southern California and Sacramento government relations, advocacy, and legislation, with special expertise in the transportation and infrastructure arena.
She serves on multiple regional policy-making bodies, representing the City of Laguna Niguel, as well as Orange County, California, with a focus on transportation and infrastructure issues.
She has spent 11 years building and running her Orange County government relations firm, serving a wide range of clients, from cities and other government entities to corporations to non-profit organizations.
Additionally, Janice has been the driving force and integral part of adopting a sister city in Iraq for the 5th Marines at Camp Pendleton, CA
Treasurer and Army Veteran
Steve is responsible for the Organization's vision, strategic direction, and management of personnel in various locations.
Steve, who possesses two decades of mortgage industry experience, brings extensive executive and leadership experience to VFLF. Steve served as Branch Partner of Prime Lending, a full services mortgage Lender in multiple states and as a senior level manager with other prestigious lending firms.
Steve is a Army Veteran; who has a B.S. in Business from Kansas State University and additionally graduated from the California Department of Corrections Academy. Steve is COMMITTED to Veterans for LIFE Foundation, his family, and his participation in numerous local area community activities.

In much of the past decade he has been involved in extensive work in International Free Zone Developments with the emphasis of raising poverty to prosperity. Mr Perkins has worked with Veteran and First Responders groups in many capacities to ensure the best outcomes for those who served our country.

As a Director Chris Specializes in the following : Underwriting, portfolio management, commercial real estate contract purchase & sales negotiation, loan and asset modifications, defeasance, variance analysis, excellent written and oral communication, Monitor portfolio performance for 22 national skilled nursing operators. Review and interpret monthly facility operations, escrow account administration and workout/disposition analysis. Review lease covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements. Prepare property and portfolio sensitivity analysis, as well as valuations, debt refinance and special projects.
Analyze and prepare accurate receivership termination and liquidation business plans for a portfolio of 24 Receivership’s with assets in liquidation totaling
$2.8billion for the Chairman of the Western Region and Receivership Oversight Committee.
Analyze and discuss the disposition strategies of the various asset's classes including: Owned Real Estate, Commodities, Structured and Mezzanine Finance Assets, Securities, Subsidiaries and Trust/Credit Assets. Emphasis on financial modeling and disposition projections. Have a thorough understanding of FDIC regulations, business structure and corporate culture. Chris, in the past, has been in the Executive Management positions with Bank of America as Assistant Vice President of Loan Modification and Workouts, as well as Receivership Oversight Management with FDIC.
