The Veterans For Life Foundation, Housing Initiative 501(c)(3) is actively seeking accredited investors for the following investments:
- Promissory Note Investments:
- All accredited investors start here and may earn up to 10% in as little as six (6) months with a private promissory note.
- These funds will be used to help us with a veteran housing project. Upon completion of the private promissory note repayment, we will share the impact of the project you contributed to.
- Project-Based Investments:
- Select accredited investors with investments of $5M or greater may be offered a Limited Partnership in a specific project of their choosing.
- Projects may include:
- Single-Family Residence (SFR) Portfolios
- Multifamily Apartment Buildings
- Housing Development Projects
- Technology Projects to improve the quality of life for veterans ranging from the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mental Health Disorders, Autoimmune Disorders such as Diabetes, Depression, and Suicide Prevention.
